ReLearn is a fast-growing startup founded in 2021 with the mission of nurturing a conscious, waste-free world by bringing data closer to people.
Our service, NANDO, collects and analyzes detailed data on waste quantity and quality, calculates recycling rates, and generates accurate sustainability reports. This empowers companies to optimize waste management, reduce environmental impact, and engage their communities in sustainable practices.
Based in Turin and Rome, ReLearn has quickly expanded, supporting over 50 international companies across 9 European countries in sectors ranging from manufacturing to retail. After rapid scaling in Europe, we're now ready to push forward and make an even greater impact!

The selection process varies based on the position, but it typically looks like this:
- Introductory Interview: A casual chat with a team member to see if we’re a good fit for each other.
- Use Case: A flexible, take-home task for you to complete at your convenience. There’s no right or wrong answer; it’s designed to assess how you approach and solve problems. Please, think outside the box!
- Use Case Presentation: You'll present your solution to the team members you'll be working with.
